CITIZEN CINCOM L-32
Citizen Cincom L-32 is a high-performance longitudinal turning automatic lathe (Swiss type) with CNC, designed for precision machining of parts with complex shapes. Main technical characteristics • Maximum machining diameter: 32 mm (optionally up to 38 mm). • Maximum machining length: 320 mm per installation with steady sleeve. • Spindle speed: up to 8,000 rpm (main and counter spindle). • CNC system: Mitsubishi Meldas 70LPC Key features of the L32 series • Flexibility of modes: the ability to quickly switch (in 30 minutes) between work with a steady sleeve (for long thin parts) and without it (to reduce the remaining bar). • LFV technology: optional low frequency vibration system for effective chip breaking when machining tough materials such as stainless steel or plastic. • Modularity: wide range of tool holders for front, side and back machining. MAZAK MULTIPLEX 610
Mazak MULTIPLEX 610 is a two-spindle CNC turning-milling center designed for highly efficient multi-tasking of parts with complex contours. Thanks to its symmetrical design with two spindles and two turrets, the machine allows continuous machining of the part from both sides (OP10 and OP20) in one cycle.
