PERFORATION AND STAMPING

The AMADA coordinate-punching complex allows performing works on the processing of sheet blanks of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. The processing is performed with a punching tool in a given sequence and is controlled by a CNC unit. We pay special attention to the production of galvanized sheet blanks since during cold processing and perforation, due to the shift of metal layers, a protective layer of zinc remains on the ends of the processed metal, which is an essential protection against corrosion in further operation. Also, processing on the coordinate-punching complex gives high performance and accuracy of holes of 0.1 mm. Unlike the thermal method of cutting by plasma or laser, there is no thermal deformation in the 0.35-1 mm blanks, there are no alloys and splashes of molten metal. Such equipment requires a high level of professionalism from design engineers. Knowledge and experience are the criteria that distinguish our employees
