Any product begins with a blank. The more accurate the blank, the more accurate the product. Our enterprise provides services for cutting sheet metal with guillotine shears, slitting the roll into strips, as well as further roll forming. The maximum size of a sheet for cutting on a guillotine is 3000x2000x10. The accuracy of the blanks varies within 0.1-0.5 mm depending on the thickness of the sheet. The maximum thickness of the roll for unwinding into strips is 3 mm. Our own roll-forming line makes it possible to produce open profiles, which are widely used for the construction of LGSF.
