Any product begins with a blank. The more accurate the blank, the more accurate the product. Our company provides services for cutting sheet metal on guillotine shears, longitudinal cutting of a roll into a strip, as well as further profiling. The maximum size of a sheet for cutting on a guillotine is 3000x2000x10. The accuracy of the blanks varies within 0.1-0.5 mm depending on the thickness of the sheet. The maximum thickness of a roll for unwinding into a strip is 3 mm. Our own profiling line allows us to produce open profiles that are widely used for the construction of LSTK.
